Terms and conditions

1. This voucher entitles the bearer to only one FREE ENTRY per voucher and per full paying adult.
2. Adult entry is for those aged 12 and over at Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK and Chessington World of Adventures & Zoo (Parks), 15 and over at SEALIFE Centres & Sanctuaries, 16 and over at Madame Tussauds, LEGOLAND Windsor and the Dungeons, and 17 and over at Warwick Castle (Attractions).
3. Free child entry is for children under 3 years at LEGOLAND Windsor, under 4 years at Warwick Castle, and under 5 years at Madame Tussauds. Visitors under one metre in height can enter the Parks free of charge.
4. If the bearer of this voucher buys a fully priced adult ticket to one of the [Attraction[s]][Park[s]], then s/he may take with him/her one other person or one child under the age of 12 who will enter [one of][the [Attraction[s]][Park[s]] free of charge].
5. This voucher is valid until 31 May 2008 inclusive, and excludes 24 March 2008 and 25 and 26 May 2008 at Warwick Castle and all normal closed days. Dates are subject to change – please check opening dates and times before your visit on the relevant attraction website. This voucher is not valid after 5pm at Madame Tussauds.
6. This voucher can only be used as stipulated and it cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. The sale of the voucher for profit is prohibited. Admission prices to the Parks and Attractions are subject to change.
7. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, any discounted or concessionary rates, annual, monthly or family passes, two-day pass, group booking, rail inclusive offer, inclusive travel packages, pre-booked, timed or Fastrack tickets for any of the Parks or Attractions. This voucher does not entitle entry to Warwick Ghosts Alive and Chamber Live at Madame Tussauds, at which an additional cost applies.
8. This voucher must be presented upon entrance into the Park and Attractions and surrendered to the ticket booth operator. Amended, defaced or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted. Only one voucher per person and per transaction.
9. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. Some rides at LEGOLAND Windsor will require guests who only just meet the minimum height requirements to be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over at Alton Towers, Chessington and THORPE PARK. Visitors under 14 years must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over at LEGOLAND Windsor.
10. All the Parks and Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over capacity.
11. Please note that features and/or creatures shown on this voucher are not necessarily available at every attraction.
12. The Dungeons are not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children (entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian). Chamber Live is only recommended for persons over 12 years of age.
